The Spectacular Grand Finale evening of Mrs INDIA My Identity 2022 was recently held in Pattaya, Thailand.

Mrs INDIA My Identity is a pageant held for Indian women worldwide. From thousands of applications and a thorough screening process, 35 finalists were shortlisted from all over the country who were trained for various skills like ramp walking, stage presence, facing the camera, posture, and confidence, to name a few. The pageant training happened over 3 months in a combination of online and offline activity.

Grand finale week comprised various rounds such as cultural presentation, talent show and presentation about an important cause. Mrs INDIA My Identity believes internal beauty is as important as external beauty. The jury comprised Dr Divya Patidar Joshi, Mrs UNIVERSE Central Asia 2021, Adv. Kavita Moharkar, Mrs Universe South Pacific Asia, Singer and Actor Eshaan Sahney, Bollywood Actor and Model Sunny Sachdeva.

Sindhu Bharathi NJ from Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, bagged the sub title Mrs Confident at the Grand Finale of National Pageant Mrs INDIA My Identity 2022. She also ended up as one of the Top 5 finalists. She is grateful for the opportunity given by Vibrant Concepts to undergo such a transformation and providing a platform of equal opportunity. She is also thankful for the support of her family and friends.

According to Sindhu Bharathi, NJ, an incredible journey starts with the simple decision to go. When one owns up to themselves and exudes confidence, there is no one to stop them. She believes one can be confident even without being fair skinned and is pleased to witness and be in the era where models with dark skin are becoming successful on a global scale. Being a person who is academically oriented, entry into the pageant world was a U-turn, a decision she will never regret, she says.

Chief mentor and Director of Mrs INDIA My Identity, Ginny Kapoor, said that women should be honoured irrespective of their height, size and colour. These women deserve honour and limelight as individuals with natural beauty. Beauty can not be confined to only specific criteria but many more aspects of personality and contribution.

Mr Gagan Kapoor, The Show Director for the pageant, said that Hardwork and Determination can bring out the best in any person. Women must be respected and provided the platform to explore their potential at every stage.
